Dreamweaver's Magick
The Legend of the Dreamcatcher
The Dreamcatcher is of Native American origin. Dreamcatchers were traditionally hung over cradles to protect sleeping children from nightmares. Legend has it that as the child slept, bad dreams were trapped in the web, and finally destroyed by the light of day. Good dreams, knowing the way, were allowed to pass through the hole in the middle and enter the dreamer's life. Eventually, the tradition of the Dreamcatcher was adopted by other peoples.
Welcome to Dreamweaver's Magick web pages. These are the pages of the creations by me, Jamie. Almost all of my works are inspired in some way by Dreamcatchers or Native American art. Presently, other influences include Pagan, Wiccan, Celtic, and Celestial motifs. Please take a look at my work, and let me know what you think!
